Kate, Nic, and Michelle,

I cannot express how truly grateful I am for all of your support in guiding me, my family, and wee Moo through this process. Your advice and compassion from the first phone call gave me peace in making one of the most heartbreaking decisions ever. 

Mum and I appreciate the unhurried time Kate took to get to know us and Moo so that she could tailor everything to Moo's behaviour and comfort levels.

While I still grieve, I can see in hindsight that your service has made the grieving process much easier to bear, as I know Moo had a gentle departure, without shock or suffering. 

The card sent was also beautiful and I'm touched that Kate saw what I saw in this funky little old lady. Again, thank you all for doing what you do and bringing peace to animals and their families.
