We feel so grateful to the team at Our Pet's Goodbye. From the first moment of contact everything felt right - it's a very, very hard decision to make. We were given the opportunity to not have the appointment, if we changed out minds. There was no pressure after engagement. A wonderful warm hug of understanding how hard it is.

We want to keep our pets forever. Our boy was 14 and it was his time. I didn't want the stress of the clinic. We were on the back lawn, in the shade, his favorite place. It was just lovely.

The after care service was perfect too. We have a big hole in our hearts. Bit we feel blessed to have the experience that was peaceful and calm and just perfect.
